01 · The challenge
It started as a CRM for ProSo, designed so wedding guests could request songs by scanning a QR code. In reality, nobody used it in the moment, so I had to pivot.
02 · The solution
I’m turning it into a broader tool to connect music professionals and manage events in one place. I keep building it little by little, exploring monetisation models like subscriptions for event organisers.
03 · Lesson learned
Sometimes ideas don’t work as expected, and that’s okay. What matters is knowing when to pivot and keep building.
